Description

Operation

  1. Preheating of the oven must be carried out for 5-15min prior to operations
  2. Load the products into the oven
  3. Turn on LPG and light the burners
  4. Regulate the flames/fire to the desired temperature
  5. Periodically check the products, temperature and intensity of the fire to ensure suitable outcome of the product
  6. Turn off the burners when product is done and remove products from the oven immediately (baking will continue if product is not removed)

Routine Maintenance

  1. Always disconnect from LPG before cleaning and maintenance
  2. Do not clean oven until it is completely cooled
  3. Periodically clean the oven floor of debris; usually after the days’ work
  4. Check the gas tubing for leaks and punctures
  5. Check for rusting


Periodical Maintenance

  1. Clean or wash the glass to remove soot screen
  2. Remove the gas burners and clean passage ways
  3. Replace gas tubing periodically
