Jackline Boateng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Ghana (2014–2018) and an MPhil in Food Science and Technology from the CSIR College of Science and Technology. Her professional interests span nutrition, food safety, and postharvest loss management, with a focus on applying scientific knowledge to improve food quality, reduce waste, and promote public health. Jackline is committed to advancing sustainable food systems through research, innovation, and capacity building.
